Refunds & Exchanges
Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are outside our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please reach out to the carrier first using your tracking number. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us and we’ll help arrange a replacement when possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address was entered and the package is returned to us, we can resend it once you cover the new shipping cost. Unfortunately, we can’t replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address.
